Farm-to-Table Cuisine Experience. She
can give hands-on cooking classes to small groups or present demonstrations to
large audiences. She will customize your program to offer simple, healthy and
flavorful alternatives for everything from desk lunches to fast family meals,
along with tips on how to "healthify" eating habits.

These classes offer a superb opportunity to emphasize team building and

appropriate in only one format, most can be presented either as a hands-on

Join Taichi & Qigong Instructor Eppie Munoz, Jr. on Saturdays at 9 am at
the Park under the oak trees in Houston, Texas for tai chi.
Tai Chi is a mind-body practice that originated in China as a martial art. It combines mediation with slow, gentle, graceful movements as well as deep breathing and relaxation to move vital energy (or chi) throughout the body.
